These terms govern your purchase of products sold by Flow One LLC, doing business as OrderFlowOne ("I", "me"): the R.E.M. Framework (with or without Implementation) and the Futures Game Plan Sprint. Part A applies to every purchase. Parts B and C add terms for each product. By purchasing you agree to these terms.
PART A
ALL PRODUCTS
Everything I sell is education about how I read, structure, and trade futures markets. Nothing in any product, including calls, materials, recordings, community discussion, and the AI trading coach, is financial advice, an investment recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. I am not a registered investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, broker, or financial planner, and your purchase does not create an advisory relationship.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every person. You can lose more than your initial investment. Past performance, including any results or payouts shown on my pages, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, your own risk, and your own capital.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non transferable license to use the materials. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share them, and you may not share your login or access. I may revoke access, without refund outside any applicable refund window, for sharing or redistribution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability to you for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. I am not liable for any trading losses you incur.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

PART B
FUTURES GAME PLAN SPRINT
The sprint is a four week live education program. It includes four live group calls held during regular trading hours, access to the cohort Discord community from the date the group opens, access to the AI trading coach for the duration of the sprint, and recordings of every call, posted in Discord. Exact dates are stated on the sales page at the time of purchase.
During the sessions I trade my own account, live, as a demonstration of the concepts being taught. That demonstration is not a signal, not a trade call, and not a recommendation that you place any trade. My risk, sizing, and account are not yours. You agree not to treat anything I do or say during the sessions as an instruction to trade.
The AI trading coach is an experimental educational tool in active development. It can be wrong. Treat its output as a starting point for your own thinking, never as an instruction, and never as financial advice.
The sprint is a single one time payment at the price shown at checkout. After the sprint ends, continued access to the AI coach and community is available as an optional monthly subscription at the price shown on the sales page, which you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund past ones. If you need a payment plan for the sprint, email flow@orderflowone.com before purchasing.
You may request a full refund of the sprint at any time before the second live call, no questions asked, by emailing flow@orderflowone.com. After the second call begins, the sprint is non refundable.
Calls are recorded and the recordings are shared with the cohort. By joining a call you consent to being recorded; questions you ask may appear in the recording.
I may remove anyone from the Discord and the sprint, without refund after the refund window, for abuse, spam, harassment, sharing of trade signals presented as advice, or redistribution of materials.
If a call has to move, I will announce the new time in Discord and by email. The four calls will be delivered; a moved call is not grounds for a refund outside the window in section B5.
PART C
R.E.M. FRAMEWORK
The R.E.M. Framework is digital educational content: the framework diagram and component definitions, and, in the Implementation package, the build and apply guides for each component plus the workshop recording. Access is delivered through a login tied to the email you used at checkout.
The framework is digital content that is delivered in full immediately after purchase, so all sales are final. If something is broken or you cannot access what you paid for, email flow@orderflowone.com and I will make it right.
