PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers orderflowone.com and its subdomains, operated by Flow One LLC, doing business as OrderFlowOne ("I", "me"). It describes what I collect, why, and who processes it on my behalf.

1. What I collect

• Email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter, purchase a product, request coaching, or log in to purchased content.
• Payment details, when you buy something. These go directly to Stripe; I never see or store your card number.
• Access records: which product tier your email has purchased, and a session cookie when you log in to purchased content. The login cookie is functional, not tracking.
• Messages you send me, such as a coaching request or a support email.
• Basic server logs (IP address, pages requested), kept by the hosting provider for security and operations. I also keep a simple aggregate visitor count with no personal information in it.

I do not run advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and I do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

2. What I use it for

To deliver what you signed up for: sending the newsletter, granting access to purchased content, running the sprint (including the Discord community and call recordings), responding to requests, and meeting legal obligations such as tax and payment records.

3. Who processes it for me

• Stripe: payments and checkout (stripe.com/privacy)
• Kit: the email newsletter list (kit.com/privacy)
• Vercel: website hosting and server logs (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Upstash: storage of purchase and login records
• Resend: sending login verification codes and transactional email
• Discord: the sprint community, under your own Discord account and Discord's privacy policy

Fonts are served from my own domain; no font or asset requests go to third parties when you load these pages.

4. Sprint call recordings

Sprint calls are recorded and shared with the cohort. If you speak or ask a question during a call, your voice and question may appear in the recording. Recordings are for cohort members only.

5. How long I keep it

Newsletter emails until you unsubscribe. Purchase records for as long as needed to provide access and meet legal record keeping requirements. Login codes expire within minutes; sessions expire on their own.

6. Your choices

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it (except records I am legally required to keep) by emailing flow@orderflowone.com. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you additional rights, such as the EU, UK, or California, I will honor requests made under those laws.

7. Children

These sites and products are not directed at anyone under 18, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how newsletter data is used will be announced to the list.
